SERVICESRaised Bed Garden Installation All you add is water and love!

This is a complete installation of three 4’x4’x8” raised beds, filled with soil/compost mix. We consult with you about bed placement and a plant mix that will maximize the space. Three beds is our minimum installation, but there is no maximum! In addition to home gardens, we welcome orders from daycare centers, offices, schools, nursing homes, and restaurants. We’ll figure out a package that works for you. Limited customizations are possible, such as a higher bed for handicap access. Raised Bed Installation, (Includes delivery fee) $350.00

Hoophouse Kit Thinking about extending your growing season with a small hoop house?

Growing Hope is collecting orders for our 12’x16’ hoophouse kit. Now is a great time to get all the supplies you need, plus full step by step instructions written by our Farm Manager, and hoophouse guru, Jared!

The hoophouse kit includes all the materials for you to construct a 12’ x 16’ hoop house with basic tools (drill, sledge hammer, tape measure), and comes with bows, purlins, ground posts, end walls, u-channel, wiggle wire, 6mm plastic, and all necessary hardware. When finished you are left with a hoop house that 12’ wide, 16’ long, and 7’-6” tall. Cost of the kit is $799, We are currently taking pre-orders for the spring! We are Growing Hope, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization in Ypsilanti, Michigan, working to help people improve their lives and communities through gardening and increasing access to healthy food. For eleven years our work has empowered people to grow, eat, share, and sell healthy food in ways that positively impact their health and their neighborhoods. While we support people throughout our community and region, we are most passionate about working with low-income families who have difficulty accessing the tools and resources to grow and consume healthy produce.

We have a tradition of using a “market and mission” approach—a social enterprise model in which proceeds from enterprises within the organization help to support its charitable purposes. Our ventures include running a demonstration working urban farm, offering garden products and services through Ypsiplanti Garden Supply, and managing farmers markets in Ypsilanti and beyond.
