ArsenalBuilding 2018 WC team
Despite having talented players, the current state of Indianfootball doesn't seem to be good enough to advance to the higherlevel and be a part of the 2018 Soccer World Cup, feels PaulShipwright, the head of Arsenal soccer schools.
"For Indian team to be a part of the 2018 World Cup you need to
have a proper infrastructure in place," said Shipwright whoinaugurated the fourth edition of Arsenal Tata Tea Jaago Re Soccerstars.
Emphasising on the fact that the average age of the current AIFFXI, which has been formed with an intention to groom the players
for the 2018 World Cup, is slightly on the higher side, he said,"The average age of the team would be around 20 and by thetime the World Cup is in sight they will be around 28, which is notright."
