1. Greys Woodworks sheds are built to NYS building code, which makes obtaining a building permit very simple! We are fully insured and have the necessary plans to help you through the process.

2. Our sheds can be delivered fully assembled or can come panelized and built on your property. There is no need for us to drive on your lawn, so you don't have to worry about us tearing up your grass, removing any fence or disturbing your landscape! We have state-of-the-art equipment to handle the shed installations.

3. When you buy a shed from us, we are involved every step of the way. There is no dealing with contractors or outside companies - Greys Woodworks handles your shed from start to finish! Plus, since we are a local company, we know the area well and show up on time. Getting a shed from Greys Woodworks is a hassle-free experience!

4. We take quality control very seriously at Greys Woodworks. You can rest assured that every piece of material used to construct your shed will be of the highest quality, and constructed with superior craftsmanship.

a variety of styles, sizes, and colors. We will help you design a shed to match your surroundings

and meet your needs. Select from our pine tongue and groove, duratemp T1-11, or vinyl sidings

and arrange doors and windows to your liking. All of our sheds ar handcrafted in modern

workshops. Not only does a shed from Grey's Woodworks provide much needed storage space

for your mower, snow blower or bike, but it is also an attractive addition to your property.

Please have 10 to 16 (2" thick) concrete patio blocks for Greys crew to use for

leveling purposes.

If the site is more than 6" out of level, it needs to be leveled by purchaser by installing a frame

and filling it with gravel or a similar material. This option can be done by Greys at an additional

charge, based upon a site inspection.

This building is delivered completely assembled. Access must be available to deliver pre-built

sheds or for panels to be assembled on the property.

*EXCAVATION, CONCRETE BLOCKS AND BUILDING PERMITS (WHERE APPLICABLE) ARE THE

PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY. WE RECOMMEND THAT THE PURCHASER STAIN OR PAINT

ALL THE PINE-SIDED BUILDINGS WITH AN EXTERIOR WOOD PRESERVATIVE.

FRom delaWaRe County:Route 17 East to Exit 100. Turn right. Turn right at traffic light and follow Route 55 East for 10 miles. Greys will be on your right.

FRom dutChes s County:Take the Mid-Hudson Bridge to Route 9W North. Turn left on to Route 299 and go through New Paltz. Continue to the Route 44/55 intersection and turn right. Continue to Route 209 intersection and turn left on to Route 209 South. Drive to Napanoch and turn right on to Route 55 West. Follow for 18 miles and Greys will be on your left.

FRom PoRt JeRvis:Route 42 North to Monticello. Left at first light on Broadway and follow to Route 17 West entrance. At exit 100A, turn right on to Route 55 East and follow 10 miles to Greys, which will be on your right.
