Shahnawaz Ahmed No. 602/AP-14th PID No.ARP-109177 S/o Saidullah Khan R/o Malwas Tehsil & District Doda to showcause as to why you should not be discharged from the services on the followinggrounds.1 Whereas, you Const. proceeded to casual leave 8+2+2 days vide DDR No 09 on 26-06-2016 andsupposed to report back on duty 09-07-2016 but you failed to do so and youwere marked absented from casual leave w.e.f. 09-07-2016 FN.

2 Whereas, Coy Commander "E" Coy of this unit vide signals No.CC/E/14th/2016/400 dated 10-09-2016, No. CC/E/14th/2017/112 Dated 23-03-2017 and this office signal No's Estt/AP-14th/72/2017/3623 dated 18-02-2017, No Estt/AP-14th/P-File/2017/6169 dated 23-03-2017, No Estt/AP-14th/P-File/2017/7132 dated 08-04-2017 you were informed through con-cerned Police Station to resume your duties.

3 Whereas, neither you reported back for duties nor you intimated the causeof absence.

4 Whereas, your service record reveals that you were enrolled in J&K ArmedPolice on 02-01-2010, since the date of enrollment in the Police departmentyou have earned (03) minor punishments for remaining absent from duties.Besides (25) days of your service has been treated as Diesnon from time totime.

5 Whereas, punishments so awarded seems to have no effect on you and youonce again absented from duties which clearly indicates that you are notinterested to serve in the Department and burden on the Governmentexchequer.

6 That a show cause notice was served upon you through concerned PoliceStation vide this office letter No Estt/AP-14th/60/2017/9013-15 Dated 16-05-2016 with the directions to resume your duties within seven days which wasnoted by you but neither you reported back for duty nor you intimate thecause of absence.As such, you are once again directed through this final show cause notice

to resume your duties within seven days, after publishing the notice in the dailynewspaper, failing which it shall be presumed that you have nothing to say andare not interested to serve in department anymore and proceeding for your dis-charge from services shall be initiated as envisaged under provision referredabove.
