To use Microsoft Word. Do not use Wordpad or other such programs.

To leave the settings on Microsoft word alone. Do not change margins, etc.

To use Calibri or Times New Roman Font,size 14, no bolding or italics.

To double-space your work.

To type your works cited information on a separate page. Title this page Works Cited. Skip a line, then type the citation. If there is more than one citation, arrange them in alphabetical order and leave a space between citations.

To use the TAB key to indent paragraphs. Do not use the space bar.

To use spellcheck.

To save your work in your email account or on your flash drive.

Ask for help when you need it. You should never be stuck for more than five minutes.
