Log in to your account:

Any time you want to return to your homepage you can click on the house icon at the top left of the menu bar:

How to add Assessment Findings to an Assessment Plan:

Find the course that you would like to add an Assessment Plan to by scrolling down on your homepage.

Click on the “Course Assessment & Continuous Improvement Plan” for the course that you are working on.

Your screen will now look like this:

Scroll down to the current year on the left menu and select “Assessment Findings”

Click on “Check Out” to start working and scroll down.

Click on the arrow next to “Results per Method” to expand that section:

Click on “Add Results” to input your assessment data:

Input in a “Summary of Results” (1), “Reflection/Analysis of Results” (2), and determine if the criteria for success was met (3). When you are done, click on “Submit” (4).

Documentation can be uploaded by clicking on “Add/Edit Attachments and Links”

Give the file a unique name (1), select the file to upload (2), provide a description (if desired) (3), and click “Add File”(4) to include it in the assessment results:

Close the file upload window when you have completed the file upload.

Click on “Check In” to finish the work:

You can add a comment to the revision history log (optional) and “Submit the Comment”
