ABOUT OUR MENUSOur catering team has created innovative ‘globally inspired’ menus which

feature a mix of both regional and exotic ingredients. We of course, are

happy to create a customized menu, compatible to your palate, style of

event and budget.

OPERATIONAL COSTSUpon selection of your food and beverage requirements, the following additional costs may be incurred:

LABOR Executive Chef/Manager $30 per hourChef $22 per hourService Team & Bartender $19 per hour**The number of staff required will be contingent on the type of event, number of guests and the preferred level of service. Travel time, overtime and statutory holiday pay are also in effect.

SERVICE CHARGE All food and beverages are subject to 18% service charge.

TAXES All alcoholic beverages are subject to a 10% provincial liquor tax and a 5% goods and services tax. All food is subject to a 5% goods and service tax.

RENTALS We will liaison with an independent equipment rental company and take care of all necessary arrangements for rentals. The rental company will deliver the items directly to the venue and will generally pick up on the day following the event. The client is f inancially responsible for any items lost, broken and/or damaged.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS LICENSE Some events with bar service may require a Special Occasions License. This license can be applied for at any BC Liquor Store and is the responsibility of the client.

GUIDELINES & POLICIES DEPOSITA 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of an event payable by cash, certif ied cheque or major credit card.

FINAL PAYMENT Final Payment is due directly upon completion of the event. Any credits and/or additional fees will be invoiced post event and payment is due immediately upon receipt. Late payments will incur a 6% fee for every 30 (thirty) days in arrears.

GUARANTEES As approximate guest count is due 7 (seven) days prior to any event guaranteed to a valid credit card. For events under 100 (one hundred) guests, f inal guest count as well as food and beverage requirements are due no later than 12 Noon, 3 (three) business days prior to the event. For events over 100 (one hundred) guests, guarantee numbers are required by 12 Noon 3 (three) business days prior to the event.

CANCELLATIONS The following cancellation fees are applicable:30 (THIRT Y) DAYS prior to the event date, 25% of the total estimated cost of the event15 (FIFTEEN) DAYS prior to the event date, 50% of the total estimated cost of the event5 (FIVE) DAYS prior to the event date, 100% of the total estimated cost of the event

OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED Glowbal Catering is a full service catering company that can organize and execute every detail of your event. We work with qualif ied professionals and can assist with such elements as décor, entertainment, valet parking, flowers, photography, ice sculptures, etc…
