The emissions of Greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere.

Cars and trucks make a lot of greenhouse gasses Using electricity also emits a

lot of greenhouse gasses

1. The sun emits radiation (heat)

2. The earth absorbs the heat and some bounces off

3. The earth lets out heat4. The greenhouse gasses

in the atmosphere catch the heat

5. The heat is scattered back on to the earth by the gasses.

Because of the excess heat in the atmosphere the [polar ice caps will start melting causing the water level to rise.

This is also bad for the animals that live on the ice because their home is slowly melting

Because of the melting polar Ice caps the oceans are slowly rising.If, by the end of the century, the water level rises just 2 feet it would cover 10,000 square miles of land.And the water could also rise because of a storm. In that case low lying areas would be 2x more damaged.
