Walter (Tut) E. Lindner The flags of Glendale, Ohio are being flown at half-mast for a two day period in honor of Walter “Tut” E. Lindner who passed away on June 19th, 2000. Tut was a long time resident, a Glendale Policeman (began April of 1950), our Police Chief (began Nov of 1971 and retired on May of 1982), and a Councilman (began in January of 1984 and resigned May of 1987). He will be missed by the many Glendale residents that knew and loved him and may he rest in his well earned peace.
