Residential ComplexResidential development in the Athens suburb Kifissia is com-posed of two apartment buildings and four semi-detached houses, with a total area of 4,200m² (45,200 sq. ft).

Amman Eastern Corridor Development Project

The objective of this project was the design of the Amman Eastern Corridor area (307.51ha), which serves as the entrance to the metropolitan city of Amman from the east. Our design was developed over five phases and fourteen individual reports.

These five phases included in the analysis (land use survey; socioeconomic analysis; etc.), and the proposal (design of the community layout plan, urban blocks, road network, public places, open spaces network specifications, parking and landscaping). In addition to the above, the detailed design of two special development areas was included in the project deliverables.

OPAP National Lottery Corporate ID

Prototypical lottery shop for the OPAP National Lottery Company of Greece. This shop was designed according to the company's signage requirements, and the entire composition and detailing made up the complete new corporate ID of the company.

Renovation proposal This renovation proposal was for a landmark carriage house in the Upper East Side in New York City and the project proposed the striping of the entire interior and redesign with the main design target to bring light to the center of the house. Additionally one floor was proposed to be added.

Kavala Public Squares Competition

The project brief was the redevelopment of 2 public squares in the city of Kavala in northern Greece.

In the first the proposal was the installation of a glass prism-shaped building across from the museum housing the museum’s café, bookstore, and serving as the entrance to the museum.

The second square our proposal was the construc-tion of a underground garage that would help solve the parking problem of city, with a café.

The Piraeus Tower Competition, Port of Piraeus Greece

Architectural competition on the reuse of one ofAthens’ taller buildings. This architectural proposal was developed with the aim of creating a building that is successful not just in terms of form and aesthetics but also as a contemporary example of bioclimatic technology.

The building is composed of commercial spaces on the first 3 floors, a café with a large outdoor terrace on the 3rd floor, offices on floors 4 through 19; a restaurant on the 21st and 22nd floors and mechanical facilities on the 23rd (top) floor.

Residential Complex

Part of a design-and build-competition that called for the design of a residential complex on a 13,700m² (147,500 sq. ft.) plot in the center of one of the northern suburbs of Athens.

The proposal consisted of 2 apart-ment buildings and 8 semi-detached houses arranged around a spacious courtyard with a com-munal swimming pool.

Date of design: 2006 Involvement: Architectural design, presentation drawings.

Vacation Bungalows

4 attached bungalows of 100m² (1,080 sq. ft.) each compose this development located in one of the coastal areas of Greater Athens.

Date of completion: 2012 | Involve-ment: Architectural design, presen-tation and construction drawings, planning permission documents, site supervision, discussions with client.

Holiday housing development

Small scale urban design project involving the development of 27 plots of land in an area of 160,000 sq. ft. and the architectural draw-ings of several types of dwellings in a total built-up area of 110,000 sq. ft. on the islabd of Evia in Greece.
