Machine rental

The rental period begins with the handover of the rental object from our company office or one of our branches. The return of the rental objectto our company office or one of our branches in a cleaned and operationable state ends the rental period of the hired object in question. Therental object is not to be further rented out to third parties during the rental period without our consent. The person renting the object in questionis also liable for the maintenance of the object in question by an appropriate expert and is to insure this object for damages of any kind as wellas theft at his / her expense. We cannot guarantee the accurate delivery of rental objects by our company or by parties commissioned by us aswell as for carrying out services or repairs outside of our company office within the agreed time. On non-payment of the agreed rental amounts,we have the right to remove our rental objects from the building sites immediately.

Conditions for machine assembly

1. The following conditions apply to all jobs carried out by our service technicians Unless no other agreement has been made, these conditionsare valid together with our General Business Conditions.

2. Our service technicians are regarded as auxiliaries or assistants of the contracting body.

3. The assembly appointments set by us are only valid when regarded as approximate times. We are not liable for this.

4. The client is to provide the necessary aids and machines required for initial mounting free of charge. The client is to provide for the electricityand water supply within the agreed time and free of charge. If these preparations are not carried out by the client in due time, the costs incurringfor waiting time and travel expenses are charged to the expense of the client.

5. Our company headquarters in Graz are expressly agreed as being the court with jurisdiction.

Not included in the invoice and to be sent in a separate invoice:

- Delivery, assembly and return of object in question by Lorencic.

- Wearing parts and repairs on the construction site.

- Cleaning and maintenance of the rental object after its return
