Create, maintain and update software for displaying IEMA remote monitoring systems (RMS) data using eDNA applications. Program Visual Basic code for analysis of RMS data. Assist in maintenance of the Reactor Data Link (RDL) and eDNA Web databases. Perform QA/QC testing of programmed displays, monitoring points, and event manager. Experiential learning outcomes for the intern based on the goals and objectives: The intern will gain proficiency at utilizing AVEVA's eDNA applications for creating graphical displays and managing data point catalogs and databases. The intern will learn how to use IEMA graphics display software for displaying remote monitoring systems data. The intern will gain proficiency in programming languages such as Visual Basic. The intern will gain proficiency in using Microsoft Excel software and SQL Management Studio. The intern will become familiar with nuclear power plant and health physics terminology.
