Swingview Room Located on the top floor of the driving range, Swingview Room features ceiling-to-floorwindows and is filled with natural light. It opens up to a private balcony where guests canenjoy uninterrupted views of the surrounding greenery and picturesque lakes withfountains. It also offers magnificent views of Perth City skyline. Swingview Room is ideal for cocktail parties and smaller meetings and seminars. It canaccommodate 100 guests cocktail style and up to 50 seated. Full Room $450 To make your event more interactive, book some driving range bays so your guests canhave a leisurely hit over lunch or dinner or during a seminar break. 5 bays for 1 hour with unlimited balls $300

Tentative Bookings Bookings will be considered tentative only when atentative contract has been emailed to the client.Tentative bookings can be held without obligationfor a period of 10 days. Management reserves theright to cancel any unconfirmed booking withoutnotice and reallocate the date to other enquiriesunless a deposit and signed terms and conditionsis received. Confirmation Confirmation of a booking occurs on receipt ofdeposit payment and a completed booking formwith signed terms and conditions. Payment of yourdeposit is acceptance of these function terms andconditions.Cancellation and Change of Dates In the event of a cancellation, Management mustbe notified in writing, verbal cancellations will notbe accepted. Deposits are non-refundable unless aminimum of 12 months’ notice is provided.Cancellation 3 months to 20 days prior to the eventwill incur 28% of estimated total amount of thefunction. Cancellation within 20 days of the eventwill incur 100% estimated total amount of thefunction. Change of dates is deemed ascancellation. The venue may refuse and cancel a functionbooking at any time in the function bookingprocess if the venue believes the event mayinclude illegal acts or activities which mayjeopardise the venue’s operating licences. Cleaning General cleaning is included in the cost of thefunction. The Organiser may incur additionalcharges in the instance where an event hascreated cleaning requirements that are considered,in the opinion of Management, over or abovenormal cleaning requirements. Damages / TheftOrganisers are financially responsible for anydamage/ theft sustained to the function spaceand/or surrounding grounds by the Organisers,Organisers’ Guests, Invitees, or other personsattending the function. Management does notaccept responsibility for damage or loss of anygoods left within the venue prior to or after afunction. Organisers should arrange their owninsurance and/or security.

Terms & ConditionsCeiling Anchor Hooks The Ambrose Room is fitted with several hundredceiling hooks for the purpose of hanging light etc -full permission is required before use is permitteddue to weight restrictions. In the event damage iscaused due to inappropriate use, the supplierand/or client will be responsible for full repairs andcosts Equipment Hire Management will be pleased to assist withobtaining quotes for all of your hire equipment,entertainment and decoration requirements andthe costs will be added to your final account.Please note that no items are to be nailed,screwed, stapled or adhered to any surfaces in thevenue. For any items not hired by venue,management must be advised of all deliveries priorto the function and all deliveries must be markedwith the name and date of the function. All suppliers / vendors must be prepared for amidnight bump out, final notification of bump outtimes shall be given no more than 2 weeks prior tothe event. A staff charge of $35 per hour will apply if thevenue is required to be available out of regularoperating hours to take receipt of hired items and /or if the venue staff are required to set upequipment supplied by external vendors. Pleasespeak with your coordinator for a detailed quote.Car Parking There are over 400 free public car parking baysavailable for customer use. Please note that thecar park is owned and operated by the Town ofCambridge and not the venue. Due to this, no bayscan be reserved. As it is also a public car park, thevenue does not take any responsibility for any theftor damage to the vehicles while in the car park.Attendance Numbers Guaranteed minimum numbers must be received14 days before the function. Final numbers mustbe given 7 working days prior to the event.Acceptance of extra numbers is dependent onavailability of space and prepayment. BYO No food and beverages of any kind will bepermitted to be brought in for consumption at thefunction by the Organiser or Guests.Surcharge Functions held on Public Holidays will incur anadditional 15% on the total bill.

Responsible Service of Alcohol The venue operates under the principles of theResponsible Service of Alcohol. Staff areinstructed not to serve any alcoholic beverages toguests under the age of 18 years, or guests in astate of intoxication. Management reserves theright to exclude persons, without liability, from anevent. The golf course itself is not licensed for theconsumption of alcohol. This can be arranged bylodging an Extended Trading Permit (ETP) with theDepartment of Racing, Gaming and Liquor, at acost of $130, at least 30 days prior to the event.ETP is subject to the Department’s approval. Menus Our menus are indicative only and are subject tochange.Minimum Spend Minimum spends apply to all bookings. These willbe quoted individually depending on seasonalityand other requirements. Minimum spends apply tothe total function account. Payment Progress payment of 50% of the total value of theevent is required at least 3 months prior to theevent. Final payment is required at least 7 workingdays prior to your event. If paying via EFT, pleaseallow additional time for the payment to beprocessed.At the time of your booking, you will be providedwith a credit card pre-authorisation form which thevenue requires to be completed. In the event thereis an outstanding balance post event, the suppliedcredit card will be processed on the next businessday and a receipt provided. Prepayment is requiredfor all events.Price Increase Management reserves the right to increase thepackage prices at any time without priornotification. Menu substitutions may be required inorder to avoid price increases.If you are booked for a corporate golf day, greenfees are reviewed on the 1st January every year.The client will be charged for the pricing at the timeof the event not the pricing at time of booking.Other Functions The venue reserves the right to book otherfunctions in the same room up to 2 hours beforethe scheduled start time of your event and onehour after your scheduled event conclusion. Thevenue also reserves the right to book anotherfunction in adjoining rooms at any time.

Terms & ConditionsFood and Beverage At least 2 weeks prior to your function, we requireconfirmation of final arrangements of menus andbeverage requirements. Please advise us of anyvegetarian or dietary needs at this time. Whilst we willmake every effort to comply with guests’ requests andtake utmost care to avoid cross contamination, we willnot be held responsible for an adverse reaction to ourfood by any guest, to the extent permitted by law.Management insists that all clients with food allergiescarry appropriate medical aids in case an allergicreaction should occur.Guest List/Seating Plan/Menus/ Name CardsThe venue will provide typed menus for your functionor reception. It is the client’s responsibility to provide aclearly typed guest list/plan to be displayed at theevent. If name cards are provided, they are to beclearly labeled & separated into table order prior todelivery otherwise a surcharge will be applied.Audio Visual We recommend the services of our audio-visualcompany, Stage and Studio Productions. The venueis able to organise any additional audio visual for youthrough Stage and Studio Productions. We alwayssuggest the use of an AV technician during your eventto ensure the technical excellence of the equipment. Ifyou wish not to use a technician, please be aware thatour service staff can assist only to their capabilitiesand cannot problem solve if there are technicalproblems out of our control such as client laptops. Please note that Ambrose Estate does not own any ofthe existing audio visual equipment in the functionrooms, therefore hire fees will be applicable. Should you wish to use another audio visualcompany, this will need to be discussed with yourdedicated event coordinator. Security Certain functions may require security personnel to bein attendance. Management reserves the right toapply this condition as seen fit. The cost of securitypersonnel will be the responsibility of the functionOrganiser. Special Circumstances In the event that the venue cannot be made availableto the Organiser on the date(s) for which it has beenbooked for reasons of fire, flood, damage, industrialdispute, or any other reason, the Management shallnot be liable for any loss, damage or injurywhatsoever suffered by the client as the result of thevenue not being available.

Timings For lunchtime bookings access to the room is from10am in the morning of the function. Lunchtimefunctions must conclude by 4pm. For eveningbookings access to the room is from 5pm andevening functions are required to conclude at12am. Management will do everything possible toaccomodate special requests regarding access tothe rooms. The venue rosters staff according to agreed start &finish times. If the event runs past the agreed finishtime, a staffing fee may applied for any additionalhours worked. If for any reason, staff are also notable to clear or enter the function room at a client'srequest, there may be an additional staff fee forstaff needing to stay on and clean post event. Golf / Mini Golf / Driving Range BookingsIf you decide to add mini golf, golf or the drivingrange to your event, final numbers must bereceived 7 days in advance and pre-paymentmade. If you decide to cancel or decreasenumbers within that week, you will still be charged.

Terms & ConditionsSwingview RoomThe Swingview room is located on the second floorof the driving range. As a result, some noise maybe heard from people playing. If you would like tohave security in knowing the bays will be turnedoff, a fee of $500 will apply. Suited to buffet and cocktail style events. Photos/VideoPhotos or video taken by staff of the set up of yourevent will be used for promotion of the venueacross all or any marketing material includingsocial media & the company website. If yourphotographer shares images taken at your eventon social media then Spices Group will share thoseimages across their brands on social or marketingmaterial.
