FUN & MOTIVATION emerged in 1997 as part of Tropical Incentives DMC. Recognizing the high level of interest among our groups to carry out Team Building Programs and Interactive Events, Tropical Incentives decided to open a new division in the company. The focus being to taking care and following up everything with everything related to this type of programs in order to provide a better service to our customers.

Seeing the success and positive impact of F&M with our customers, in 2001 F&M began to operate as an independent company. This started the building of partnerships with other local DMC’S, hotels, agencies and other segments in the industry in order to offer our services not only in house but, to all destinations. In the present day F&M also has offices in Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta.

Our current Mission is to maintain our successes and striving to surpass customer’s expectations. In addition to being constantly innovative and offering day by day a wider variety of services to our clients.

Team Building Corporate ProgramsSpecially designed for groups, interactive games are a fun way to strengthen relationships between players, motivating team work, and creating a bond between participants.

Community ProjectsWith a wide variety of activities aimed to help the local community in a meaningful and real way, community projects are totally flexible, and can be adapted to different budgets or needs. These programs can take place on or off property.

Wedding IcebreakersThese programs are focused on helping wedding parties to have a great time and integrate family members with friends from both sides in order to make the complete wedding experience the best it can be.

Ideal for groups of 30 up and up to 500 participants. We offer programs suitable for all type of groups and their needs, these activities will integrate co-workers in a very positive way that can be reflected on the company objectives.
