Developed relationships with new and existing customers and contractors to maintain and grow sales. Maintain and evaluate LabSYS/Systech/Alkon database of mix designs and current material costs for each plant location. Advise quality control technicians, plant operators, sales representatives, and dispatch of the slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, and strength requirements for mix designs on all projects. Monitor and maintain a file of test results on coarse and fine aggregates (including aggregate producers data, internal QC/QA results, DOT data).

Coordinate daily activities of the quality control technicians. Participated in employee annual evaluations with constructive criticism. Handled employee disciplinary behavior issues, which included formal disciplinary action given and documented. Provided positive and constructive feedback and training to employees. Facilitated and motivated personnel in accomplishing assigned tasks. Worked to resolve customer issues, problems and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
