Dear Frank,

This letter is to formally thank you for your efforts over the last year, really thirteen months since you started helping us at New Frontier Industries. The results you have posted in your role as Executive Vice President have been exceptional. In fact given the lack of financial and other resources we have been able to provide your results have been remarkable!

Before you joined we had sales less than $30,000.00. During the time you have been leading the sales and marketing efforts our closed sales are about $500,000.00. Even more encouraging is your sales funnel. When you started we knew about $150,000 - $200,000 worth of potential business that was not clearly defined. You have built a total sales funnel now of over $40 million dollars with clearly defined potential projects that total over $8.8 million for FY 2006 with a weighted probability of winning over $1.7 million in business for next year.

Your marketing efforts have also been outstanding as you have us listed in every major architectural specifying website or book for free, you have developed our product brochures, you have built partnerships with two national distributors for our products and have helped with enhancing our website. The press releases you have written and had published in numerous trade journals and magazines really put us on the map.

Additionally your efforts led to our products being formally listed in Greenspec the most respected international company in the Green products arena. This enables us to be specified by architects and contractors to help their projects gain important LEEDs credits. You set up critical tests for our products that we needed to be able to expand our markets. You have used your contacts to develop a complete quality manual for us at no cost to NFI.

All of these accomplishments are truly spectacular considering that we have provided you with no budget or even adequate samples. Your contribution to the overall management of the company has been invaluable. There is no question that without your help we would not have survived. I look forward to fiscal year 2006 that has just started with a great deal of optimism for our growth thanks in great part to you Frank.
