ใหยนค ำขอทฝำยบรกำรผประกอบกจกำร (BUSINESS SERVICES DEPARTMENT) กองอนญำตผประกอบกจกำร กำรนคมอตสำหกรรมแหงประเทศไทย หรอส ำนกงำนนคมอตสำหกรรมทเกยวของ The Application must be submitted at the Business Services Department Business License Division, Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, or the relevant Industrial Estate Office.

ในกรณทผไดรบใบอนญำตฯ ไมสำมำรถมำรบใบอนญำตฯ ดวยตนเองจะตองมหนงสอมอบอ ำนำจ In case the applicant is unable to collect the License in person, a Power of Attorney is required.

ช ำระคำบรกำรในกำรออกใบอนญำต รวมภำษมลคำเพมเปนเงน 10,700.- บำท (หนงหมนเจดรอยบำทถวน) ถำกรณช ำระเปนเชค ตองเปนเชคของธนำคำรทมส ำนกงำนตงอยภำยในเขตกรงเทพมหำนครหรอปรมณฑล หรอเชคของธนำคำรทมส ำนกงำนตงอยในเขตจงหวดทม ส ำนกงำนนคมอตสำหกรรมตงอยซงมตองเสยคำธรรมเนยมในกำรเรยกเกบเงน โดยเชคสงจำยในนำม "กำรนคมอตสำหกรรมแหงประเทศไทย" The service fee for issuing the License including value added tax is Baht 10,700.- (Ten Thousand and Seven Hundred Baht). In case of payment by cheque, a cheque must be issued by a bank with its office located in Bangkok or surrounding provinces, or a bank with its office located in a province where an industrial estate office is situated, without any fee on payment collection. The cheque must be payable to “Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand”.
