Scramble Eggs (Breakfast) Scrambled Eggs, with cheese, toast and magnificent cup of fresh orange juice

Ingredients: Eggs Toast of Orange juice A splash of milk Cup of cheese Instructions:

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix with 2 or 1 fork 2. Splash a bit of milk and but a little bit of salt (Mix again) 3. Put a pan in the stove and put it at medium heat 4. Put some oil in the pan when it is already heated up

5. Put the egg mixture in the pan 6. Let the mixture rest a bit of a wail in the pan until you can see the borders of the mixture already

getting cooked. When you see this happens use an spatula to move the eggs side to side in the pan. 7. When you are almost done cooking the egg add the chees 8. When you see the chees getting melt and the egg already getting weal cook get it out of the pan and

put it on a plate 9. Then you go and take the toaster out and put some toasts in 10. When the time is up, and the toasts jumped out of the toaster you grab them and put them on the

plate beside the eggs 11. And last you grab the orange juice and serve it on a glass

Then it’s ready to go to the table so everyone can enjoy.

Tacos (Lunch) Soft tacos with beef, cheese, lettuce and a refreshing cup of water

Ingredients: Cheese Tortilla de tacos Meat / Beef Lettuce Water Instructions:

1. First take a pan out, put it on the stove, heat it at high flame and add some oil 2. One the oil is hot put some pieces of meat in the pan. (Add some salt & pepper) 3. Once the meat reaches its point, take it out of the

pan and cut it into long skinny strips in top of a cutting board.

4. After you're done with the meat, heat some tortillas in microwave (remember to put them inside a hummed towel or cloth)

5. Once the tortillas are hot, place them on a plate - inside the same towel or cloth you heat them in.

6. Then put the lettuce and the cheese on plates (you can also have other optional ingredients such as tomatoes, guacamole etc.)

And that’s it now just serve it on the table so everyone can enjoy. Fried chicken (Dinner)

Fried chicken with white rice, lettuce & tomatoes salad Ingredients: Lettuce Tomatoes Rice Apple Juice Chicken And a little bit of oil just to fry the Chicken Instructions:

1. First of all take the rice cooker out 2. Then put in the cooker a little of rice and water (I put the water until a bit higher than the rice) 3. Put the tab on top and let it in there until it cooks. 4. When you see the rice already getting cooked, you can start preparing the rest of the food 5. So now grab some tomatoes and cut them until you get some nice circles 6. Then grab the lettuce and mix it with the tomatoes (if you want you can add little pieces of toast in top

of the salad) {place it in a plate} 7. When you finish this take a pan out, put it on the stove, heat it at high flame and add some oil 8. Once the oil is hot, put the chicken in the pan. [Add some salt & pepper (optional)] 9. Once the chicken reaches its point / in other words is cooked, take it out of the pan and put it on the

plate 10. Now just put the table and you are ready to enjoy

Breakfast Ingredients: -1 glass of fresh orange juice - ½ cup of granola - 1 cup of natural yogurt - ½ cup of mil - ½ banana - 1 apple Procedure: Serve the granola in a bowl Cut the banana into slices and add them to the bowl Add the yogurt and the milk in the bowl Mix the granola Cut the apple into slices and serve on a plate Squeeze de fresh oranges and serve them in a glass Then serve and enjoy!!

Lunch Ingredients: - 1 cup of spinach soup - 1 chicken wing without fat - 5 small potatoes - 1 glass of fresh lemonade

Dinner Ingredients: - 1 cup of pasta - ½ cup of tuna - 2 lemons - 1 tbsp. of light mayonnaise - 1 beef steak - 1 glass of water

Snack Ingredients: - 1 cup of mixed fruits - 1 package of oatmeal cookies - 1 glass of watr

Analysis

IntroOur society has a lot of problems one of them is that they eat junk food. One good example is that U.S.A is the country with most percentage of obesity population. Even though my community don has a very high rate is steal very unhealthy and obese. So we did a survey for this problem look at this
