This discovery will push the farmaceuticals to get new treatments for a certain kind of patiens.

The team led by Drs Jean-Claude Tardif and Marie-Pierre Dubé performed the analysis

Exists the opportunity to work on atherosclerosis due to the results of vessels thickness

the veracity of this study was shown by the investigators that tested multiple genetic markers to demostrate that the posit ive results were observed only in the dalcetrapib group.

OBSERVATIONS

The personalized therapy give the patient a response to their unique needs. A better way to make sure our patients wil l respond to treatment, and their quality l iving wil l improve, due to the safety included in the determined genetic profi le.

the mechanism which bacteria become resistant to antibiotics give us a world of opportunit ies to block that mechanism, making the antibiotic really effective independent.

The mechanism prefers to install recidues that stops genetic activity, giving time to the bacteria to defend it self

evolutionary mechanism developed by bacteria to counteract the type of antibiotics called macrolides.

OBSERVATIONS

I hope that the scientist look after the improving of antibiotics by the inhibition of r ibosome stall ing mechanism. This could be very effective in treating severe infetions. Also it could make a difference between the irrational use of antibiotics and the methodic use of them for only the right strain of infection, and prevent the creation of new strains
