THANK YOU Thank you to all who came out to Culvers in Cambridge on JUN 1 to support our grade 8-9 mission team going to Chicago this August! Through your generosity and the generosity of our Cambridge community we raised $709.00 for our trip.
OUTDOOR BAPTISM SERVICE/CHURCH PICNIC Join us for an outdoor baptism service and church picnic on Sunday, JUN 28, 11am out on our lawn.
Bring Lawn chairs/blankets, side dish to share Provided Nitrate/Gluten free hot dogs, chips, condiments, beverage, dessert, plates/ cups/utensils
If it is raining/inclement weather, the service and picnic will be moved in-doors.
If you would like to be baptized at this service contact the office to reg-ister for a baptism class. Youth class TODAY, 12:15pm, JH room.

WEDNESDAY PRAYER FOCUS The weekly issues of the Prayer Focus are available in an acrylic holder at the end of the mailboxes, lower level.
PRAYER GATHERING Will not meet this Wednesday, JUN 17. Prayer gathering will resume JUN 24 at 4:30pm.
FAN THE FLAME PRAYER GATHERING Will not meet during the summer months. Watch for details on upcom-ing group prayer opportunities.
KIDS CHOIR SUMMER MUSIC CAMP FBC Kids Choir Camp is back this year!!! Kids will learn and prepare for the musical “I Am A Friend Of God.” The musical teaches a message highlighting the power of our words and the treasure of faithful friends. Each day will include rehearsals to prepare for the musical, crafts, games, and other fun activities.

WELCOME CENTER/MORNING HOST Do you have a passion for meeting and welcoming guests to FBC? We would love to have you serve at the Welcome Center and/or be a morning host on Sundays. Contact Michelle at [email protected].
DRIVERS First Baptist has a partnership with HOME DELIVERED MEALS and delivers packaged meals to the homebound in our community once a month, Noon - 1pm. Join our team! Contact Betty at 763.568. 9866 or lindvallfamily@ gmail.com. WALKERS AND WHEELCHAIRS We have walkers and wheel chairs available through our church’s Con-gregational Care Center. Call the office for an appointment so you can be fitted with the right size for you!
HOSPITAL VISITS When going to the hospital for surgery or other treatment, call the church and let us know. A pastor and members of the Care Team will visit with you during your stay. We want to encourage you and pray with you.

CHILDRENS CHURCH Children (age 5 - grade 2) are dismissed from the 11am service and brought to the Children’s Ministry room to learn the love of Jesus through object lessons. Children are picked up by their parents after the service.
PARENT CHILD ROOM Located outside the multi-purpose room by the west stairwell, parents are welcome to use the room to care for crying babies, feed infants, change diapers, etc. A privacy curtain can be pulled for nursing.
SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION Available at the Children's Center, lower level.
ADULTS AGE 50+ Ministry newsletter available at the Welcome Center and the office.
PRIME TIME FELLOWSHIP The Abrahamson Sisters are coming! JUN 17, 11am, this popular trio will present a mini concert of praise and loved favorites. We will reflect on God's provision and protection in our lives, so be ready to share a favorite verse that has special meaning for you. We will have a pot-luck salad luncheon. Please bring a summer

We all experience being under-resourced in some way, at some point, whether it is financial, social, or spiritual. Our approach to what we do is through partnerships with like-minded individuals, ministries, public sector and non-profit organizations in the area. We are building community passion for change through ACTS of grace (Awareness, Compassion, Training, Service).
To find out more about what Com-Pass is and how you could be involved in reaching those who are broken in our community, stop by the new ComPass Outreach Center for our OPEN HOUSE any one of the next four Thursdays 6:30 - 8:30pm! We would love for you to ask questions and see the space!
