Our Bavarian Pewter Art may be new, but the process by which they are made is not. Utilizing techniques over two centuries old, each piece is hand-cast from molds that were hand-sculpted, and each individual piece is entirely hand-painted. We offer an assortment of decorations for everything from your mantle place to your Springtime window display. As each piece is hand-painted, some minor variations in colors from the pictures shown could exist. Each rests upon a signed and dated, weighted base.

Dollmasters is delighted to introduce a family of fanciful miniature mice, handcrafted in the USA by the Petersen family since 1972. Annette Petersen crafted her first little mouse nearly four decades ago, and today is joined in the wee mouse world by Annette, Willy and Donna, the next generation of Petersens. They describe their creative process this way. "We make the mold, cast it, and a little mouse begins to emerge. Meticulous hand-painting and an enormous amount of patience and time brings each sculpture to life". All of the Wee Forest Folks are hand-crafted entirely in the small town of Carlisle in eastern Massachusetts.

WEE FOREST FOLKSThe delightful wooden box was originally designed by the Petersens to display their Wee Forest Folks at shows. But

soon they found that collectors were also clamoring to own the box so they could showcase their own little family of mice, and keep them safe at the same time. Entirely handmade in the Wee Forest Folk Massachusetts studios with hand-painted scenes on the sides, crest and background, and electrified so you can easily watch the little ones at play. 11 x 6 ½" x 14". DEBBEE THIBAULT, MARY AND HER LITTLE LAMB The thing about good folk art is that it transforms the ordinary. Odd little twists and turns of design present the commonplace in a whole new perspective. So it is with Debbee Thibault's interpretation of the classic children's rhyme. An 18th century-style Mary with a wonderful character face and well-detailed costume stands alongside her little lamb, each painted with graceful aging techniques. DEBBEE THIBAULT'S BIG BOY BUNNY }The cherubic-faced Big Boy wears his brown polka-dotted bunny

SPIRIT OF SPRING FASHION LADY BY HELEN KISHInspired by the fashion of the Art Deco era, American doll artist Helen Kish has created a stylish doll with slender lady body, jointed at shoulders and hips and high-heel-shaped feet. Her features are hand-painted and her soft mohair bobbed wig tucks neatly into the stylish Parisian cloche.
