Client Project Sponsor should be assigned with sufficient authority to
decide/solve issues addressed by the project management team to drive the
project to mission goals

Project steering committee will comprise members of client senior
management. This committee functions as the highest decision-maker for the
project. As such, it represents business management ownership of the project,
and is responsible for ensuring that the project delivers its goals and benefits
• Client Project Manager
Client Project Manager will be the single point of contact for Ejada team for
inputs from Client. He will be responsible for coordinating with client
stakeholders and organize all the logistics for successful delivery of the project.
He will work jointly with Ejada Project Manager to coordinate day to day project
tasks and activities

• Ejada Project Manager
Ejada Project Manager shall be the single point of contact for the client for any
issues relating to the delivery of services. He shall be responsible for the day-
to-day Ejada implementation activities. He will manage Ejada resources on the
project and keep the Steering Committee appraised of the progress. Ejada
consultants will report to Ejada Project Manager

Ejada Functional Consultant is product and implementation expert in his
specific functional areas. He has skills and expertise in Taleo implementation
and also have understanding of business process. He will work with client team
as “one team” to achieve success for this project and to understand and
configure Taleo to meet client business requirements

Ejada delivery for additional requirements and optional expansion packs out of this fixed scope offering are subject to extra time and cost and can be assessed and planned for future releases

The scope of the Arabization expansion pack includes collection and configuration of
translated content to Arabic language. It is the customer's responsibility to create and
validate all translated content in advance of its configuration. The availability of customer
translation resources, the volume of translatable content, and the configuration of this
content may impact the overall project timeline, which could result in a change order
