BUILDINGS: Bioscience 1 97,000 SF More than 100 companies have started their operations here and many have grown into successful life science businesses. Growing companies from startups to successful commercial entities are located in pre-built labs and offices as well as custom built spaces. Bioscience 1 is home to the Gates Biomanufacturing Facility.

Bioscience 2 115,000 SF Bioscience 2 combines research, business and education under one roof. The building houses the CU Anschutz innovative Bioengineering program; its mission is to improve human health through the application of engineering principles, ideas, methods, and inventions in order to solve important clinical problems.

Bioscience 3 117,000 SF

This building allows several growing companies located in other buildings in the Fitzsimons Innovation Community to expand and continue growing here. It will have custom built labs, offices and warehouse/manufacturing space. The building will also feature an auditorium, café and conference areas.

Bioscience 4100,000 SF

Bioscience 4 will provide expansion opportunities for existing groups and new entities looking to expand at the Fitzsimons Innovation Community.
