    Introduction

    Lesion nematode means they produce

    conspicuous necrotic lesions on host roots.

    Belongs to the genus Pratylenchus

    Ranked third only to Rootknot and Cyst

    nematodes in terms of economic impact oncrops (Sasser and Freckman, 1987)
