A truck mounted batching plant has the advantage of having fresh, ready-mix concrete at the site and eliminates the laborious work of installing, uninstalling and movement of batching plants. The truck-mounted batching plant carries cement and fly ash in a closed bin, sand and aggregates in open top bins, with a conveyor belt at the bottom. The blending is carried out by calibrated and adjustable strike-off gates.
The cement is metered through feeders directly into the mixer throat. Water and additives are injected into the bottom of the throat where dry material enters. The pre-programmed, blended concrete is discharged from the high shear mixer into a chute. Extension chutes are also available for delivery at a distance.
PLC-based control panel, coupled with the electronic load cell type weighing system, ensures ingredients in the right quantity for desired quality of ready-mix concrete. Online water correction, along with alarm messages-led diagnostics, ensure right quality of ready-mix concrete
MOBILE BATCHING PLANT
TRUCK MOUNTED CRANETruck mounted cranes combine the functions of lifting heavy loads and moving to remote project sites, thereby eliminating the need of a separate crane. MAN chassis are suitable for both Rear Mounted Cranes and Cranes mounted behind the cab. The flexible layout of aggregates and accessories makes the CLA chassis Ideal for this application. Wider track width, coupled with outriggers, make CLA chassis the most rugged and stable choice for shifting heavy loads.
