(PCCP), Drainage and Hydrant fuel line improvement .

Major work elements include but not limited to:

Demolition of existing PCCP

Construct nearly 35,000 SY of new PCCP of varying

thickness

Install new storm drain system of pipes, trench drains and

interceptor to collect apron and roof storm run-off

Remove fuel pits and laterals that are no longer in use

Replace bottom entry pits with side entry pits

Relocate some pits to new location to match current/future

aircraft perking positions

Adjust existing pits to new apron grades

Construction will be concurrent with T-3 Modernization North Concurs renovation/Expansion Project

With respect to airfield impacts there will be one Single phase fenced off with a fence

Fence will be installed and removed by T3 Modification Contractor

Barricades within the fenced area will be set by the Inner Apron Contractor

Within the Fenced area the project has 4 phases with subsequent sub phases

Total duration to complete the inner apron project is 264 calendar days

Site access will be from Sky Harbor Boulevard (SHB) on the northwest corner of the triangle area

Site egress will be via a temporary connection to Terminal 2 down ramp onto SHB.

Storage will be in the triangle area west of the outer apron

Contractor shall limit activities to designated haul routes and staging areas

Current focus is Small Business Outreach

The FAA approved a triennial DBE goal of 4.44%for fiscal years 2016-19, to be achieved through fosteringSmall Business participation and outreach requirements.

Project is in part funded by FAA and is subject to 49 CFR Part 26 and USDOT DBE Program

To participate in this opportunity as a DBE, only firms certified by the City or

another AZUCP member in the specified scopes of work shall be

considered in calculating DBE participation.
