The FFA leadership continuum offers conferences and seminars to individuals and chapters providing opportunities to grow through hands-on experiences and real-life applications.

Through 25 national career and leadership development events, FFA members are challenged by real-life, hands-on skill tests, preparing them for career success.

FFA members earn $4 billion annually through supervised agricultural experiences (SAEs).
