You will learn:
Introduction to craft beer, history, brewing process &
ingredients.
How to taste, pour and present beer.
How the flavors of beer combines with different foods.
Beer tasting.
Following the presentation, sample some craft brews made by Alex
Lyall of Irwin Brewing Company.
