Featuring ceramics by Balit GulinyaDREAMINGExhibition runs from May to October 2019

Dreaming is the ninth Orbital exhibition and features ceramics made by Balit Gulinya (meaning strong people), a Planned Activity Group for First Nations people based at the Laverton Hub.

Balit Gulinya made the ceramics in the spirit of First Nations dreaming, or stories. Ceramics workshops were led by ceramicist Karen Steenbergen at Woods Street Arts Space in Laverton.

The innovative Orbital Arts Space provides a place for public art at Altona Meadows shopping centre. The works can be viewed outside Central Square Shopping Centre from 9am to 9pm, seven days a week.
