ThehomewasdesignedbyGerardo CastillofromKeystone Home Designs.Sincetheywerebuildingahousewithmodernarchitecturenexttoaheritagehomeinamaturearea,theywantedtointegratethewarmthofthepastwithacontemporarylooktocreateamodern,livable,timelessdesign.Castillodraftedtheblueprintsthattookthecouplefrominspirationtoreality.

Theuniquespacecapturesimmediateattentiononceinside.Withalmost9,000squarefeetoverthreelevels,there’splentyofspacestoenticethesenses.Totherightofthefrontdoor,asmallnookisopentothelevelbelowandenclosedwithaglass-panelledrailingsothetwo-storey,naturalstonewallcanbeseenfromabove.Totheright,asmallprivatehallwayboastsanindoorgarden,apowderroomandahomeoffice.Theinteriorgardenistheperfectplaceforquietrelaxation.Thehomeofficelooksouttothefrontofthehomeandisdrenchedwithlightfromthefloor-to-ceilingwindows.
