HOLDING, REHEATING & REFRIGERATION
HOLDING:To keep food warm, place hot food items in oven-safe or original aluminum container and hold in 200˚ degrees pre-heated oven.
REHEATING:
Microwave: Place food in microwave-safe container with lid and heat for 20-30 seconds. Stir contents and recover. Repeat until completely heated through.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375˚ degrees. Place meat in oven-safe or original aluminum container and heat until food is completely heated through: approximately 12-15 minutes for tacos, fajita meat and onions. It is not recommended to heat a la carte items in the oven.
Stovetop: Place meat in a dry sauté pan on medium to medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until completely heated through. Place a la carte items in medium-sized saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally for approximately 4-6 minutes until completely heated through.
Tortillas: Follow instructions on the sticker provided.
REFRIGERATION:Place all food in containers with lids and refrigerate within 2 hours of purchase.
*All meat products should be reheated to an internal temperature of 165˚ degrees.
*Discard all food held at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
**Discard all food after 3 days.
