Hoping to impress his virginal girlfriend, he heads to New York to play Hamlet in Central Park - a role he’s not at all fond of - and soon finds himself not only haunted by his decision, but by the actual ghost of the legendary Shakespearean actor John Barrymore. Written by Paul Rudnick, the play was a hit on Broadway and nominated for a Tony Award.
