Examples in Action USCCB – Reorganization/Priority Plan Process Assessment has

influenced current planning approach. Ongoing coaching helping to shape evolving plan.

Miami ‐ Synod integrating 2 cohorts of GLGS priests in facilitation of process

San Antonio ‐ Convocation on Shared Culture of Leadership combined with a mutually shared vision and Good Leaders, Good Shepherds

Los Angeles – 5 year grant for 100 priests GLGS, pursuing similar initiative for Graduate Services and Lay Leadership

Seattle – looking to switch from Gallup’s Leadership in Excellence to GLGS and use ME‐25 to measure difference



When we do this,

More ecclesial leaders (bishops, priests, deacons, and lay leaders) are confident and competent to fulfill their God‐given mission as Catholic leaders and Christian disciples in their family, workplace, community and parish.

More dioceses and parishes have an articulated vision and plan for where the Lord is calling them in service to the Kingdom of God.

More Catholics practice their faith and experience the grace of the sacraments and vibrant parish life

More young men are answering the call to priesthood and serving the People of God

More Catholics are supporting the mission of the Church with their time, talent, and treasure
