EXHIBIT ONE PLAINTIFF'S EXPERT WITNESS DISCLOSURE MONET vs. CHASE BANK LLC

MAHER E. SOLIMAN, (213) 880-6288, expert. [email protected]

CAREER SUMMARYMaher Soliman is a published contributor to various blogs or newsletters and has appeared in articles throughout the country. He is a featured speaker at MBA and other mortgage banking events. Raised and educated in Southern California, he is a California native who forewent his pursuit of a CPA after briefly attending the graduate school named after his mentor; John Anderson of UCLA Graduate School of Management. From his entry into the business and ofthe early secondary markets having emerged at the time of the passage ofGarn St Germaine legislation, he saw Textron, Westinghouse and Sears as the major investors for program's that offered full documented income programs and 65% Loan to value loans for poor credit customers. Soliman has authored countless technical program descriptions and Standard Operating Procedures that encouraged neither a conservative nor aggressive lending format. Soliman professes an honest assessment of affordability using the five "C" for acceptance; cash income and cash reserves, credit collateral and compliance. The last was most important. .. ! He was taught early in his career under the management of Mr. Anderson- Make a mistake underwriting the loan and the bank will suffer forfeiture. This does not mean 'rescission' as most would believe; but forfeiture of the banks security, ie: meaning the right to foreclose. Soliman achieved a breakthrough opportunity upon meeting a Bear Stems top executives and Tax attorneys who managed an REIT in San Francisco California. Here he learned the importance of the capital markets and economics where securities are traded. Capital markets include the stock and bond markets. Companies and governments use capital markets to raise funds for their operations. Soliman was a Director and CFO at Mortgage Guarantee who purchased closed loans from other institutional players issuing a private label IPO in preference to the traditional government mortgage "GSE" issued bond in order to conduct new or expand ongoing mortgage opportunities. At Mortgage Guarantee Soliman was introduced to billionaire Carl leahn (TWA, GM, Nabisco, others) and the two formed fund to extend a safe haven to loans in default that could be reworked and sold back into the market at affordable terms. Maher Soliman is an expert who testifies in criminal and civil matters before the state and district courts. His testimony favors Capital markets including primary markets, such as REIT, REMIC IPOs that are placed with investors through underwriters, and secondary markets, in which all subsequent trading takes place. Particular atteution is for Government agencies GSE in different markets and regulatory demands on local capital markets, though some, specialty exchanges, and for defining the role in regulating themselves.

" ..... Traditionally, the GSEs have performed four basic functions:(I) they convert pools of mortgage loans into mortgage backed securities (Le., a securitization function)and they administer the flow of payments from lenders/servicers to MBS investors; (2) they guarantee the payment of principal and interest on mortgage backed securities in return for a fee paid by lenders(Le., a credit enhancement function); (3) by purchasing and holding mortgages and mortgage backed securities in their portfolios, they help to ensure a steady flow of funding for mortgages (Le., a liquidity function); " ..... Separating and isolating these SECONDARY functions helps address the problems inherent in the current structure of the GSEs and facilitate additional improvements in the operation of the secondary market.
