I undersnd that Insignia has Introduce an "at-shelF proram that looks similar to our Supersized Shelflk wit priceslgnage and equit message. As you know, News America has exduslve advertsing rights In approximately 32,000 fo,drug and mass store. Our field force has been instructed by thes reilers to remove any unauthorized POP materals

with equity (advertising, prouct benefits etc). Please see the attached leter from Krger as an example.

I have atached an IPOPS store list and indicated where News America has Shelf Advertising rights. In thes stres, where

News America has an agreement with the retailer, our field force will take down any IPOP proram (Supersized orStandard) that features additional adverting and/or product beef.

According to the IPOPS list that I have, only 2,100 of the 8,000 Insignia stors are eligible fo the equity mese. Pleasenote, my Insignia lis may be somewhat dated so if anyone has a question about a particular retailer, please let me know.
