Mergers and Acquisitions (125 Crores Transaction – 20 Million USD): Hands-on in handling complete Mergers and Acquisitions. Played a pivotal role in Parrys Confectionery Limited (Public Limited Co – Part of 1.8 Billion USD Conglomerate) acquired by 20 Billion USD Lotte Group (Korean Confectionery Major). I was Involved starting from due-diligence stage to post integration phase. 60.39 per cent stake of Parrys Confectionery Ltd (PCL), to Lotte Confectionery Co Ltd of Korea for Rs 64.47 crore. This worked out to a price of Rs 283.12 per share.
Greenfield Experience / Business Development (New Market / New Product / Make Vs. Buy Analysis: Manufacturing Set-up- State of the art Confectionery – 15 Million USD CAPEX - (Lotte - Nemam
Plant including the Lotte Choco-pie line of 60 Crores – Was instrumental in making the detailed project feasibility report based on Business Plan (Product-mix, Revenue, Gross Margins), Segmentation Plans, Positioning Strategy, Export Market Exploration) Basic Engineering, Appointment of EPC Contractors, and took lead-role in Land Acquisition and pre-startup
Manufacturing Set-up Foundry Plant in UAE (16 Million USD CAPEX) – Complete Greenfield : As part of forward integration strategy, Trinity Group that was manufacturing Pumps (Dewatering Pumps), strategy was designed to manufacture Pump Components through Foundry. Managed the complete Foundry Greenfield independently ( Detailed Project Feasibility Report, Supply Chain Bottlenecks / Market & Product-mix / Dubai Industrial City as the facility providers (For Land and Utilities- single handedly got the approval for Environmental Clearance / Site Clearance/ Demarcation / DEWA Approval /DM Approval, HSE Clearance & Commercial Production Clearance), Detailed & Basic Engineering, Equipment / Machinery Selection (Furnace – Induction, Melting Furnace, Holding Furnace, Ladles, Methoding Equipment, Spectrophotometer Equipment), Discounted Cash-flow, Breakeven analysis, ROI, & IRR Analysis (Foundry was both ferrous and non-ferrous and hence total involvement in sourcing the raw-materials (Copper / Nickel / Monel / CRC / HRC / LM4 / LM 5 / SS 316 / SS 316 L)

Introduced ECO Bank for the rolling LC framework arrangement and created a substantial cost reduction besides defraying from the conventional banking mandates of Barclays to handle the debentures
NERD Bank – Creation of additional line LC Facility that will foster the additional procurement of cargoes to trade better and to enhance top-line (130 Million USD)
Duetsche Bank – Healthy working capital loan that will fund all the long term obligation of the Group and to augment FCF / OCF of the Group (140 Million USD)
Debt Financing for Retail Expansion of 120 Million to increase the penetration of retail petroleum products through COCO (L), COCO (B), CODO routes and reposed with poise to bring a PE infusion through preference shares / SPV envisaged to create value-addition for stakeholders
