CombiMag power flushing filterRemoves black iron oxide contamination from the water during a power flush, using a powerful magnet. Reduces flushing time, increases efficiency, and saves water. Transparent cylinder gives visual indication to engineers and householders of the quantity of debris removed, and indicates when magnet needs cleaning. Integral bypass, to enable circulation to continue whilst the magnet is cleaned.

CP2 circulator pump head adaptor

Enables power flushing pumps to be connected onto the body of standard heating system circulator pumps, after removal of the motor

head, reducing set-up time. When used with a combination boiler the primary water side of the plate heat exchanger can be flushed without removal from the boiler casing. Fits many domestic pumps including Grundfos Selectric, Circulator Pumps Ltd, Myson, Terrier, Dab & Wilo Gold.

CombiHeat power flushing heaterWhen used in conjunction with a CombiMag cylinder, enables system water to be heated, boosting flushing chemical efficiency when the boiler is not operational. Speeds up power flushing and enables engineers to check radiators for even heat distribution.

Radhammer vibrator toolUsed with an SDS drill to apply high frequency vibration to clogged up radiators. Loosens compacted debris and sludge for removal during a power flush. Improves cleaning efficiency.

Systemsure IK6 injector unitEnables liquid corrosion inhibitors, flushing chemicals, and boilernoise suppressants to be injected into the main flow of heating systems. Injects chemicals through either the air bleed valve of a radiator or a combi filling loop. Suitable for both unvented and sealed systems.

Plate heat exchanger adaptor setEnables power flushing pumps to connect onto plate heat exchangers so that they may be flushed or descaled after removal from the boiler. Suitable for many combi plate heat exchangers.

Infra-red laser thermometerThe engineer’s ‘eye’ inside a heating system; gives an instant temperature reading

Power Flush FX2one-shot power flushing and descaling chemical

A very powerful flushing chemical that enables heating engineers to thoroughly cleanse a heating system in just one visit. It is designed for use with power flushing pumps, and is the product to choose for the most rapid and effective results.

Power Flush FX2 rapidly dissolves and mobilises rust, sludge, corrosion and hard water deposits.

It may be used with steel, cast iron, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze and plastics, but not aluminium.

Neutralising CrystalsUsed in conjunction with Power Flush FX2 to ensure neutralisation of any residues left after FX2 has been flushed to waste.

Hyper-Flushneutral pH power flushing liquid

HYPER-FLUSH has extra solvency power to penetrate, loosen and dissolve rust, sludge, corrosion, and scale deposits, during normal operation of the system.

HYPER-FLUSH may be used on systems which have boilers with aluminium heat exchangers, or have aluminium radiators. It is suitable for use on older systems showing signs of severe neglect, (when Power Flush FX2 may be considered too powerful) and as a pre-treatment for systems with severe flow problems, prior to power flushing.

Suitable for use with all metals and plastics commonly used in heating systems.

Systemsafe-DMcorrosion & scale inhibitor

Systemsafe-DM is a high quality inhibitor which gives long term protection to central heating systems, and prevents internal corrosion, scale deposition and boiler noises. It extends the life of systems, and maintains operational efficiency.

Systemsafe-DM carries the Buildcert / DWTA logo, proof that it has passed a tough performance test in a laboratory independently monitored by Buildcert.

System-Hushboiler noise cure

Solubilises baked on corrosion and limescale deposits which can accumulate on boiler heat exchangers, causing kettling and other boiler noises.

SYSTEM-HUSH is added to the system water and functions during normal system operation. It is not necessary to drain SYSTEM-HUSH from the system.

System Pre-Cleanpre-commission cleaner

Used to remove installation debris and foulants such as flux, jointing compounds, copper swarf, oil, grease and casting sand from new and modified heating systems.

It neutralises aggressive flux residues to prevent pinholing of radiators, and conditions and prepares metal surfaces of heating systems in order that corrosion inhibitors give the best effect.

Freezbreaker LTnon-toxic antifreeze

Low-toxicity antifreeze additive to protect heating and cooling systems from freezing at sub zero temperatures. Depending on dosage rate, FREEZBREAKER can give protection as low as -32° C.

Suitable for use with all materials used in heating and cooling systems, including aluminium.

SystemSeal leak sealer

Cures leaks in both vented and sealed central heating systems. SystemSeal is dispersed by the system water and will seal leaks and weeps even in difficult to reach areas. Doesn’t block pumps, valves, or air vents, and is effective in maintaining pressure in sealed systems.

Suitable for use with all metals and plastics commonly used in heating systems.
