In Fig 3.2 the Operator will enter the F.P.Number , Dealer Name, Dealer Address,Street,Location, Dealer Under and select PDS Rice, AAY Rice, Sugar, Wheat, Salt, Tamarind and Pay Mode will be selected and then

click the Submit button. 3.1

3.3 Receipt

After clicking the submit button Receipt will be generated as Fig 3.3Clicking the Print button to take the print.

Glossary1. Login: - When the Login Button is clicked, the

Login Screen is Opened.

2. Centre: - The Centre Code and the Description of the Code is displayed.

3. Counter: - The Counter Number should be displayed.

4. Shift: - According to the central server time, the Shift is displayed.
