The Z-supports are far apart ensuring the best possible absorption of the tilting moment. The Z-supports are automatically cleaned by air. Check with dynamic pressure whether apallet is in place.

Workpieces, fixtures and plates aredirectly mounted on the pallet PC 210.

The widely spaced centering system enables the transfer of maximum torque.

Rods of up to ø 81 mm can be leddirectly through the chuck.

The ø 81 mm borehole also provides a duct from air, hydraulic and vacuum pressure to operate fixtures fitted to pallets.

The ProductionChuck 210 pallet serves as a workpiece and fixture carrier. A borehole in the center of the pallet also enables material up to a diameter of 81 mm to be led through the ProductionChuck 210.

The Z-supports are placed as far on the outside that they provide a stable and precise support even for bigger workpieces.
