The Kid pad, created on purpose for the champions of the future, is characterized by a shape and a size specifically designed to correctly position between the seat and the child's body. The design of thermoforming and its 10mm thick foam, capable of up to 60kg of lift, provide high level of protection for the right approach to the world of cycling.

Weve bonded the membrane to the fabrics to create a totally waterproof and windproof barrier. Garments with this barrier are as light as ever and offer optimum ventilation.

We are proud to introduce you to the double international certification for our Traveller jacket. The EN471 standard clearly defines performance requirements for clothing that can visually signal the wearers presence so he or she is conspicuous and highly visible in all light conditions by day and night. The EN343 certification determines protection against rain and has strict tests to guarantee youre wearing technical clothing with superior resistance to the heaviest rainfalls.

The zip is a key element and when it doesnt work correctly it can undermine even the best of the jackets. YKK: synonymous of worlds highest precision and reliability.

Stitching is often a weak spot as the fabric is pierced and water can seep in. Thats why weve insulated it with a taping technique that prevents any penetration.

We can sum up our fabrics in just one word: impermeability. We put them through the toughest laboratory tests, known as water column tests that measure how much hydrostatic pressure a fabric can withstand: just think, you need an 8-10,000 mm water column before our fabrics even begin to absorb water.

A special label inside the jacket let you know who is the rider in case of accident or jacket loss.

EN 471 - EN 343 CERTIFIEDSiamo orgogliosi di presentarti una doppia certificazione internazionale per la nostra giacca Traveller. La norma EN471 specifica le caratteristiche dei capi aventi lo scopo di segnalare visivamente la presenza dellutente, al fine di rivelarlo e di renderlo ben visibile in tutte le condizioni di luminosit, di giorno e di notte. La resistenza alla pioggia invece garantita dalla certificazione EN343, i cui rigidi test danno la sicurezza dindossare capi tecnici dallelevata resistenza alle pioggie pi intense.

FULLY TAPEDIl punto debole sono le cuciture, dove il tessuto bucato e permeabile. Per questo le abbiamo isolate con un processo di nastratura che impedisce ogni infiltrazione.

WATER PRoTECTIoNPer descrivere i nostri tessuti basterebbe unparola: impermeabilit. Per testarli, invece, occorrono duri test di laboratorio chiamati colonne dacqua diretti a misurare la pressione idrostatica sopportata dal tessuto: pensa, occorrono 8-10.000 mm di colonne dacqua prima che il nostro tessuto inizi ad assorbire.
