Dear Mr. Lich,

We refer your letter no. CW1NDDIS/081 0 dated 23 August 2016 for your site improvement, we had

inspected your site in 25 August 2016. We appreciated your prompt action and improvement on site

condition; however, there still remain many outstanding issues as followings:

1. No waste disposing activity on site though many concrete pile head and excavated soil

locates on site which are reminded by DDIS for removal since 2015.

2. No change of Linh Son settling pond system in Linh Son batching plant. This issue is

reminded through several ADB Mission in 2016. [substantially important]

3. No drip tray or drip pan for fuel equipment on site.

4. No hazardous waste storage (e.g. empty bentonite bags)

Please see detail outstanding issues in the attachment. The ADS External Environmental Specialist

will revisit and check your site from 12 September 2016, we expect your significant improvement in

your site condition. We hereby remind you to take strong action for those remaining items to expedite

no later than 10 September 2016.
