1.0 TEST SUMMARY Environmental testing was performed on the Power Supply at the New Brighton Laboratory of TÜV SÜD America Inc located in New Brighton, Minnesota and Holland, Michigan, and Environ Laboratories LLC located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The test requirements and procedures were specified in Mil-Std-810G, per TÜV SÜD Quotation no. CG480422223700, dated 18 May 2011.

The information presented in this report is, to the best of our knowledge, true and correct in all respects.



2.0 TEST RESULTS All testing was performed to Mil-Std-810G, per TÜV SÜD Quotation no. CG480422223700, dated 18 May 2011. The Equipment Under Test was a Power Supply. The Power Supply was identified by its model number and tested according to the table below. Testing was performed in accordance with the Documents referenced in Section 1, utilizing TÜV America's Environmental Lab test chambers, fixtures, and test equipment as indicated in Appendix B, except as noted below. The EUT was monitored during testing (where appropriate) by TÜV personnel and customer-provided hardware.

H-7863 in Appendix K for testing details. 2.1 LOW PRESSURE (ALTITUDE) TESTING Low Pressure (Altitude) testing was performed on one (1) Power Supply as indicated in Section 2.0, according to the requirements of Mil-Std-810G, Method 500.5, Procedure II per TÜV SÜD Quotation no. CG480422223700, dated 18 May 2011. With power applied to the Power Supply, the test sample was brought from laboratory ambient pressure to a simulated altitude of +15,000 ft. While operating, the Power Supply remained at this condition for one (1) hour. Refer to the Daily Test Status Log located in Appendix D, for specific testing details. The Power Supply did not exhibit any malfunction or evidence of physical damage after being subjected to these conditions.



2.2 HIGH TEMPERATURE (OPERATING) TESTING High Temperature testing was performed on one (1) Power Supply as indicated in Section 2.0, according to the requirements of Mil-Std-810G, Method 501.5, Procedure II per TÜV SÜD Quotation no. CG480422223700, dated 18 May 2011. With power applied to the Power Supply and operating, the Power Supply was subjected to two (2) hours of high temperature conditioning at +60° Celsius. Refer to the Daily Test Status Log located in Appendix E, for specific testing details. The Power Supply did not exhibit any malfunction or evidence of physical damage after being subjected to these conditions. 2.3 LOW TEMPERATURE (OPERATING) TESTING Low Temperature testing was performed on one (1) Power Supply as indicated in Section 2.0, according to the requirements of Mil-Std-810G, Method 502.5, Procedure II per TÜV SÜD Quotation no. CG480422223700, dated 18 May 2011. With power applied to the Power Supply and operating, the Power Supply was subjected to two (2) hours of cold temperature conditioning at -40° Celsius. Refer to the Daily Test Status Log located in Appendix F, for specific testing details. The Power Supply did not exhibit any malfunction or evidence of physical damage after being subjected to these conditions. 2.4 TEMPERATURE SHOCK TESTING Temperature Shock testing was performed on one (1) Power Supply as indicated in Section 2.0, according to the requirements of Mil-Std-810G, Method 503.5, Procedure I-C per TÜV SÜD Quotation no. CG480422223700, dated 18 May 2011. With no power applied to the Power Supply, the Power Supply was subjected to three (3) cycles with a high temperature +85° Celsius and low temperature of -40° Celsius. The duration at each temperature is thirty (30) minutes. Refer to the Daily Test Status Log located in Appendix G, for specific testing details. The Power Supply did not exhibit any malfunction or evidence of physical damage after being subjected to these conditions. 2.5 HUMIDITY TESTING Humidity testing was performed on one (1) Power Supply as indicated in Section 2.0, according to the requirements of Mil-Std-810G, Method 507.5, Procedure II per TÜV SÜD Quotation no. CG480422223700, dated 18 May 2011. With no power applied to the Power Supply, the Power Supply was subjected to an aggravated humidity cycle with a duration of two hundred forty (240) hours. The Power Supply was operationally checked after five (5) days of condition and at the end of the aggravated cycle test. Refer to the Daily Test Status Log located in Appendix H, for specific testing details. The Power Supply did not exhibit any malfunction or evidence of physical damage after being subjected to these conditions.



2.6 BLOWING DUST TESTING Dust testing was performed on one (1) Power Supply as indicated in Section 2.0, according to the requirements of Mil-Std-810G, Method 510.5, Procedure I per TÜV SÜD Quotation no. CG480422223700, dated 18 May 2011. Refer to the Environ Test Report # 44303-2 located in Appendix I, for specific testing details. 2.7 VIBRATION TESTING Vibration testing was performed on one (1) Power Supply as indicated in Section 2.0, according to the requirements of Mil-Std-810G, Method 514.6, Procedure I, Category 24, Figure 514.6E-1 per TÜV SÜD Quotation no. CG480422223700, dated 18 May 2011. With power applied to the Power Supply and operating, the Power Supply was mounted in its normal orientation and secured to the vibration system via the shaker armature and slip plate assembly. The Power Supply were subjected to the environmental conditions and operationally checked, where appropriate. The duration of this testing is one (1) hour.

Refer to Daily Test Status Log, located in Appendix J, for specific testing details. The Power Supply did not exhibit any malfunction or evidence of physical damage after being subjected to these conditions.



2.8 SHOCK TESTING Shock testing was performed on one (1) Power Supply as indicated in Section 2.0, according to the requirements of Mil-Std-810G, Method 516.6, Procedure I per TÜV SÜD Quotation no. CG480422223700, dated 18 May 2011. The Power Supply was mounted in its normal orientation and secured to the vibration system via the shaker armature and slip plate assembly. The Power Supply was subjected to the environmental conditions and operationally checked, where appropriate.

The reader is cautioned that there is some measurement variability due to the tolerances of the test equipment that can contribute to a nominal product measurement uncertainty. Furthermore, component differences and manufacturing process variability of production units similar to that tested may result in additional product uncertainty. If necessary, refer to the test lab for the actual measurement uncertainty for specific tests.
