On the Result Upload page, the first name, surname and date of birth are populated from the previously created account details.
The Learner Ref that was sent to the applicant must be entered here. This is the field that ProSolution will use to link the WETK account and uploads to the correct applicant.
In the lower half of the page, applicants can individually enter their exam grades if they wish. For the majority though, we would expect them just to upload a scan or photo of their results slip or summary.
They do this by selecting the evidence type, selecting a file and clicking the “Upload” button.
Move on by clicking “NEXT”.5

And here they can upload the photo that will be stored against their student record and used on their student ID card.

This next page, the Fee Remission page, is only seen by applicants who are aged 19 or over. Under 19s pass straight to the confirmation page. The age is determined by the date of birth held in the WETK account.
The employment status field is mandatory on this page and the applicant must choose something from the list.
Applicants can upload evidence of their income here, to support their claim for fee remission. As on previous pages, select the evidence type, choose a file and click on the “Upload” button.
Click the “NEXT” button to continue.7

The applicant then confirms their acceptance of the Privacy Notice by clicking here.
Then sign here with the mouse and click “NEXT” to submit. NB: The signature is not necessary and is not valid for auditing purposes. It is there because it is an in-built feature of the WETK.

The final page confirms that the upload process is complete. The applicant may login again and add more attachments if they so wish. Additional uploads will simply be added to the applicant’s record in ProSolution, to be reviewed at enrolment.
