Most of the team at IPwe has been working together for years. Erich Spangenberg founded a company, nXn Partners, focused on predictive analytics 2007. After investing over $20 million, developing the AI for over 10 years and successfully battle testing the AI, we created better artificial intelligence solutions to analyze patents. Our tools were used to make hundreds of millions of dollars in the patent space. In 2015, our founders started to explore blockchain implications for IP and how this technology could be used to improve the IP system.

1. Receive email invite to Flock and Join your specific flock channel. 2. Send in your list of planned referrals. You can simply type them into

the chat channel or share a file with your list. IPwe will check and qualify your list and notify you of approved list.

3. IPwe will make an announcement on Social Media of our new Relationship.

4. Find email templates under the file tab of your flock channel. These are templates you can use to make introductions to your planned referrals.

5. Add your own customization to the template and send to your referral and Meghan Martin (meghan@ipwe.com ).

6. IPwe will manage the new relationship after the introduction. 7. When IPwe receives revenue from your referral any time within 5

years of Notification Date, IPwe shall pay the commission stated in Appendix.
