Introduction The partnership between the Organizing Committee of Winter National
Conference 2011 (WNCF 2011), AIESEC Hong Kong Limited and Emei
Group has been established in 2011 January. With the generous support of
Wrigley, the WNCF 2011 had come to an unprecedented success.
Emei Group had supportively and generously offered HKD 10,000 to the
conference. This amount of money generated immense benefits to all
stakeholders. In terms of delegate servicing, more snacks and drinks were
provided to our delegates; conference fee reduced from $370 to $300 which
allowed more AIESECers to have the financial feasibility to participate in the
conference. Logistics-wise, transportation fee of transporting delegates from
Wu Kwai Sha Village to HKUST campus are subsidized and we could book
two double-decker citybuses to accomodate all delegates, members of
organizing committee and facilitators.
