She has provided the February invoice as evidence.FINDINGS OF F'ACT:The District of Columbia provides meter parking in some areas of the city to facilitate multiple use of parking spaces. hmnediatelyafter parking a motor vehicle, the operator shall pay for the amount of parking time desired and, if a receipt is issued, place the receipon the passenger side of the dashboard of the vehicle so that it is clearly visible through the windshield of the vehicle. The space maythen be used by the vehicle during the parking limit indicated on the single-space or multi-space parking meter for that space or on thereceipt issued, as is applicable, or for the amount of time that is confirmed ttu'ough a pay-by-phone system. Title l8 DCMR section2404.6Responclent has not provided sufftcient evidence for the ticket to be dismissed. In order for this ticket to be considered for dismissal,respondent must provide the Parlqnobile transaction history showing payment was made for the meter during the specif,rc date and timethe ticket was issued.
