Criteria used in determining the priorities in

honeysuckle control

1. Is it a high quality habitat? There are mature trees, diverse native plants or rare species present.

2 Is it accessible for efficient control? More acres can be restored.

3. Is there direct public benefit? Includes overlooks, trails, recreation areas.

4. Is it a seed source? Honeysuckle exposed to sun light on edges or in full sun produce seed.

5. Is the area impacted by E.A.B. or deer?

Invasive plants have more impact here.

Seed it or weep.

Maintenance is key, Burn, Mow or Spot

Spray Yearly or as needed.
