Introduction

• Provide SAP data analysis via Access queries for management

• Develop scripts to perform mass updates to SAP purchasing documents and material masters and utilize SAP custom transactions

• Provide direct support for SAP for Global Supply Management and Production Control & Logistics globally including trouble shooting and problem solving

• Develop and perform positive and negative testing for SAP enhancements, changes and upgrades

• Responsible for training and developing training material for over 200 multi-national, cross functional personnel in SAP and processes on a global basis

Business Challenge

Delphi E&S forecasts 52 weeks for most components but extends pricing at calendar year.

On an annual basis, Delphi E&S needs to extend the source list end date on approximately 45,000 records to the next calendar year to enable our supply base to continue to see visibility to the forecasted volumes and ship product on time.

Source List Definition

Source list ties a supplier to a given part, plant combination for a given time period.

Settings on the source list allow the supplier to see schedule per our MRP process for a given time period.
