The research utilized experimental research technique and study with primary 6 students in Ratchavinit Primary School (Bangkae). The study found that process of effective moral strengthen management of primary students ( C 3 ) affected level of moral reason of primary students at statistical level of .05. Keyword s: Moral Strengthen Management, Effective , Primary Students บทนา การเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมมีความสาคัญยิ่งสาหรับสังคมไทย ดังจะเห็นได้จากการ ที่กระทรวงศึกษาธิการได้เปลี่ยน คาขวัญจาก “ ความรู้คู่คุณธรรม” เป็น “ คุณธรรมนา-ความรู้ ” แสดงให้เห็นว่าคุณธรรมมีความสาคัญสาหรับเยาวชน ดังนั ้นการ เสริมสร้างคุณธรรมให้เยาวชนจึงเป็นหน้าที่อันศักดิ ์สิทธิ ์ที่ทุกภาคส่วนของสังคม ทั ้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชน จะต้องร่วมกันเร่งรัดดาเนินการ การเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมนั ้น จะต ้องประกอบด้วยหลักการ 2 ประการ คือ “ ปัญญา ” และ
