Licensing Metric

The licensing metric is your staff FTE (academic and non-academic), defined in your HESA return in HE, or by your national equivalent body for Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales. Your FTE count will remain fixed for the term of the agreement unless it increases by more than 10% from when you join the agreement, then your Institution will be liable for increased fees based on the new FTE count. You must license for all your FTE but can install on all your PCs/Macs whether they are used by staff and/or students.
